Your new company Our partnership client is a leading Developer and Operator of high-end hotel resorts and one of the best hospitality brands to work for worldwide. In alignment with their values to provide customers with an unforgettable hotel stay experience, a unique opportunity has opened up for an Architectural Designer to join the Design & Development team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for planning and designing structures & facilities, which will be an exciting mixture of hospitality & hotel resorts, casinos, residential towers and other complex buildings.
Your new role As the Architectural Designer in the design & development division, you will utilize your experience & skill to plan & design a wide variety of luxury resort buildings. You will support your Architectural Supervisor and the owner to work on the functions of the design. As the Architectural Designer, you will prepare presentation documents for the Owner to review, and you will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external experts to ensure the designs and contract documents are compliant to construction code standards. Key attributes for this role include organization, top-notch communication skills, expressing your passion for the brand and the ability to collaborate with internal & external colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed A Degree in Architecture from a reputable University. 4 – 8 years’ experience as an Architect Designer in hospitality/resort/hotel design with a world-class architectural firm and. You must enjoy working in a high-pressure environment, reorganizing your day around key priorities, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy engaging at all levels, from Executive Management teams to skilled drafters.
