📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Your new companyA very well respected company that provides premier real estate is looking for a Construction Accountant to join their growing team!
Your new roleYou will be responsible for maintaining the construction accounting system, creating all new project budgets in the system, inputting invoices and paying applications for all development, collecting all applicable contracts, change orders, lien waivers, and COIs, preparing cost analysis and budgeting, and any other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeedA bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, 3-5 years of construction accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, Yardi Construction Management system experience preferred, and strong organisational skills.
