My client is urgently looking to hire an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager.
This role will be essential in supporting the company with all its HR administration duties.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment processes, including candidate vetting, interview coordination, and employment contract issuance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Support orientation and onboarding activities.Assist with benefits administrationCollaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Handle general administrative duties related to HR functions.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area3+ years' of experience working in Human ResourcesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Prior experience in HR or administrative is crucial
