We are currently working with a Heavy Civil General Contractor in Florida who is actively seeking a Motivated Project Manager with experience in Site Development, Underground Utilities, or Earthworks projects. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
5+ years of related experience: We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in civil construction and project management.Experience on Site Development, Underground Utilities, or roadway (DOT) projects: Familiarity with these areas is essential.Team player: You should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.BS degree preferred but not required: While a Bachelor’s degree is beneficial, relevant experience is equally valuable.Estimating / Takeoff experience: Bonus points if you have expertise in estimating and takeoff processes.Willingness to relocate: The company offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.
