Job Description
Prepares, verifies and processes bills and similar documentsAssist with entering purchase requisitions and maintain records of money received Compose and type routine correspondenceReconciles expenses related to travel
Position Requirements
Knowledge of English, spelling and arithmetic
Maintain and file office recordsSkilled in operating office equipment and ten-key adding machinesAbility to make change with speed and accuracyApply good judgment in accordance with laws, ordinances, regulations and departmental policies and proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with othersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
