HB Staffing is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
Utilize IT call tracking software to support customers, following procedures for resolving or escalating issuesInstall, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software devicesMaintain meeting room desktops and apply necessary updatesCoordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacementsAssist with testing new processes, patches, and hardware/software.Provide basic troubleshooting for remote connections, network access, and system downtime.Update desktop configurations and troubleshoot security settingsIdentify opportunities for process and technology improvementsCommunicate effectively with customers and managementConduct training sessions on software applications
Position Requirements
Strong and effective spoken and written English communication skills Elaborate on troubleshoot issues, discuss technical information accurately and document guidelines for colleagues Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and work independently with efficiency Effective collaboration with coworkers, customers, management and vendorsProficiency in providing high-level customer support with attention to detail and adherence to protocolsExperience resolving help desk calls and providing on-site supportWillingness to stay updated on technical skills and IT processesFamiliarity with basic TCP/IP network protocols and Windows Active Directory
