Job Summary And Qualifications

COTA - full-time, DAY shift

Organized and conducts Occupational Therapy treatment and programs in the hospital, out-patient, in-patient departments to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped and injured. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health.

Vocational School GraduateState Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
