Job Summary And Qualifications

As the DEI Program Manager, you will manage multiple projects within HCA Healthcare’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) department across a range of key priorities. You will assist with strategy development and execution, create and deploy project plans and deliverables in support of DEI initiatives, and monitors and reports key performance indicators. As the DEI Program Manager, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships through cross-departmental collaboration and by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities include

Drive strategic diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across a range of focus areas; support day-to-day program operations Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of key programs and initiativesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans; act as a resource for project membersManage dashboards and portfolio status reports, identifying risks, issues and cross-project dependencies, and monitoring and reporting on project activitiesProvide timely and accurate updates to all project related documents and facilitate project meetings; develop presentations and reports for a range of stakeholder audiencesManage multiple business owners, stakeholders, and team member relationships to accomplish projects; organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team membersIdentify, prepare, and/or ensure completion of high quality, professional deliverables as required by each projectDevelop and review communications for multiple vehicles and media types, including PowerPoint presentations, email communications, internal communications, department communications, and reportsSupports strategic planning activities to discern needs and priorities Support multiple initiatives simultaneously; utilize exceptional prioritization and follow up skills

What qualifications you will need

Bachelors Degree is required 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, or related field is required
