Job Summary And Qualifications

Seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team for the Physician Services Group (PSG). As a Financial Analyst you will calculate physician compensation and prepare documentation to support the calculations, assist with preparation of other provider payments and assist with reporting and other documentation.

What you will do in this role

You will ensure production data is appropriately populated into physician compensation calculationsConduct contract inventoryUpload documentation and enter data in physician compensation system for review by Financial AnalystYou will collect timesheets from physician compensation mailbox and ensure data is submitted appropriately for methods of tracking and paymentYou will prepare OnBase One-Time PaymentsCreate OnBase Reports for review/distributionYou will maintain OnBase User Access and prepare reports for review/audit

What qualifications you will need

Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related field requiredAn equivalent in demonstrated job experience may be considered with comprehensive references
