Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a Financial Analyst Lead for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patents with high quality, efficient care. In this position, you will

You will develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. You will perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. You will utilize Business Objects to extract utilization, reimbursement, and costing information from multiple databases in order to compile profitability statements by payor, product line, and physician for administrative team and department directors. You will assist under the general direction of the VP of Finance, the Financial Analyst with the month-end preparation, general ledger account reconciliations, Medicare and tax work.

What qualifications you will need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in Mainframe and PC-based reporting systems preferred3+ years or more of Accounting experience, in a healthcare setting preferred
