We are seeking a Sterile Processing Manager for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department within the Perioperative Department. You will assess the instrument and equipment needs for the surgical cases and orchestrates the processing surgical instruments, through availability and delivery to the operating rooms. You will assume 24 hour accountability of department. You will provide clinical support to the Sterile Processing and Surgical Services staff.

What qualifications you will need

Certification in Central Processing Required (CRST)Graduate of a formal Sterile Processing Technology Program required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. 3 years of Sterile Processing experience in a Supervisor and/or Manager role is required.
