QualificationAt least 15+years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.Delivery Director for digital business services -Managing Microsoft accountResponsible for managing ASM/AD and growth of this account .Have handled multiple service lines e.g. Apps, Infra, BPO service lineManaged the PNL of an accountHas solution mindset to drive the ASM, AD & Transformation programs.Has experience in connect to Executive.Has managed large customer and business with revenue of 30M USD and above with 1000+ resourceCustom application, data analytics, testing and AEM marketing and SASS and enterprise platforms.Strong knowledge of global delivery model and methodologiesAbility to present and interact at Cxo levels and have consultative sales capability.Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geographies.Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CxO level.One of the key responsibilities is strategic growth.Should be experience in an entirely customer-facing role.
ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Director for Digital Business Services will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by establishing yourself as a trusted partner to drive complex digital transformation efforts for your clients.Primary responsibilities include:Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track.Ensure support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.Expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.
