HDR is looking for a Mechanical EIT/Coordinator to join Building Engineering team in Omaha, NE.
Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Mechanical EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Assist senior engineers by conducting analyses to develop design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables Work independently on small projects or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering Proficiency in MS Office and Revit MEP An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Architectural Engineering with Mechanical emphasis EIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
