Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be willing to implement manual therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises under the guidance of licensed physical therapists. If you don’t have experience with manual therapy, no problem. All we ask is a willingless to be trained. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills in various treatment styles while providing valuable support to our patients’ rehabilitation journeys. There is allot of opportubity for growth in this position as the PT department grows, the PTA will be able to take on supervisor type roles in the future if wanted.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing hands-on manual therapy interventions to patients. • Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery and improve mobility. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions accurately and timely. • Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment. • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional development in physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. • Current certification/licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Colorado. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Demonstrated interest in implementing manual therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises. • Willingness to learn and adapt to specific treatment styles practiced within the clinic. • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
