Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for designing operational and client reports for Utilization and Medical Quality Management division; coordinating data transmission processes; conducting tests on data extracts and reports; performing data analysis; and making recommendations for process improvements.
This is a Flex position (in the office 3 days a week)**Office location for this position can be in Albuquerque, NM or Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX**
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Math or Data Information Systems OR 4 years experience in data analysis/reporting.2 years experience in data analysis and/or preparing database reports.2 years experience in MS Access and MS Excel.Experience analyzing and preparing recommendations on process improvement.Project management experience.Systems database testing experience.Verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal customers, management and vendors.Analytical, organizational and planning skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare data.Experience with creating pivot tables.Power BI experience.Experience with statistical software .
