Procurement Liaison w/Workday Experience

Our healthcare client in Scottsdale seeks a Procurement Liaison to join their team for the next 14+ months, this role would begin immediately and be performed hybrid. The procurement liaison will act as the key contact between the procurement department and internal stakeholders. You will facilitate communication between groups, ensure procurement policies and processes are followed, and provide support on sourcing initiatives. Workday experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities Include

Educate stakeholders on organizational procurement policies, processes, and best practicesEnsure procurement procedures are understood and followed properlyPartner with stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and specifications for requested products/servicesGather clear requirements to provide to the procurement teamExplain procurement processes and timelines to stakeholders to set expectations on delivery of purchased goods/services
