Healthcare Realty, a publicly traded (NYSE:HR) real estate investment trust, is recruiting for a Leasing Coordinator at our regional office in Seattle, WA. This position will be responsible for supporting multiple regional Directors of Leasing, overseeing a national portfolio of medical office buildings. We are seeking professional, detail-oriented and organized applicants with excellent computer, communication and time management skills. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Review real estate documents for completion and accuracyPrepare documentation for execution and internal/external distribution, including via DocuSign.Coordinate lease preparation/revisions with outside legal counselDevelop and maintain organizational processesMeticulously enter and track deals through internal and external channels, including Excel and VTSEnter and track invoices in AVIDRun reports from MRIPrepare and submit expense reportsMake travel arrangementsMiscellaneous administrative duties, as needed
