LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D. – Director of Clinical Services Responsibilities:Director of Clinical Services leads the hiring and training of therapists, dietitians, and nurses.Director of Clinical Services coordinates admissions and integrates clients affected by eating disorders into the therapeutic community.Director of Clinical Services ensures regulatory compliance and maintains up-to-date client paperwork for individuals battling eating disorders.Director of Clinical Services serves as a liaison between the program and community entities, advocating for individuals struggling with eating disorders.Director of Clinical Services facilitates appropriate medical care for clients with eating disorders in collaboration with the nursing staff.Director of Clinical Services provides oversight during team meetings, ensuring effective communication and client progress in eating disorder treatment.Director of Clinical Services develops and delivers training sessions for clients, families, staff, and caregivers, focusing on understanding and addressing eating disorders.Director of Clinical Services collaborates with local outreach representatives to engage referral sources for individuals in need of eating disorder treatment.LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D. – Director of Clinical Services Qualifications:Master's degree in a behavioral sciences fieldRequired license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D., specializing in eating disorders.3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in the field of eating disorders.2+ years working directly with individuals affected by eating disorders.Experience partnering with executive teams to address eating disorders.Clinical supervision experience preferred.
