Daily Responsibilities for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :
Work with respiratory and rehabilitation departments, and lead a highly skilled clinical team - up to 60 employees This is a hands-on patient care and leadership role - vents, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET Tubes and wounds Have fiscal responsibility to ensure that budgets are met and that costs are controlled within the hospital 100% onsite
Required Qualifications for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :
Recent leadership and hands-on clinical skills required Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Masters degree required 3+ years of hospital nursing experience required Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
Preferred Qualifications for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader
3+ years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred

Pay Details
$110,000 - $120,000 Annually
