📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice RN / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Large Healthcare Network in the Deerfield, IL area.
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse
The Hospice RN will manage their own assigned caseload within the designated patient areas and will coordinate assessment, hospice criteria, and ongoing care planning for their patients. The RN will coordinate with physicians and other medical team members on updates or changes to the patients condition or care plan and will provide support to patients families through end of life process. Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pmMinimal On-call, 7 hour shift - one day per month!
Required Qualifications for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse
Nursing Graduate Licensed RN in Illinois CPR/First Aid Certs Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance procedures Prior experience in Hospice, ICU, or Geriatrics
Preferred Qualifications for Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW
Fluent in Polish or Russian

Pay Details: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
