HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to fill an opening with a large Long-Term Care Organization in Brooklyn, NY!

Daily Responsibilities for Primary Care Physician
Conduct patient assessments and examinations to ensure high-quality care Carries a caseload of 7-8 patients daily, and provides direct medical care and treatment Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm/Onsite
Required Qualifications for Primary Care Physician
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine - Diploma in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent experience. Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Geriatric Medicine Experience with Geriatrics Licensed to practice medicine in NY
Preferred Qualifications for Primary Care Physician
Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Fellowship, and experience in geriatrics preferred.
