Daily Responsibilities for Entry-Level Healthcare Technician
Within the first 120 days of employment, you'll participate in an esteemed training program, including hands-on experience in a hospital setting and a specialized curriculum aimed at developing the skills required for certification Post-certification duties include maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff Flexible shift options with on-call rotation to meet your scheduling needs:Days 8 (x5) Nights 10 (x4) Weekends 12 (x3)
Required Qualifications Entry-Level Healthcare Technician
High school diploma/GED required Strong customer service skills with 1-2 years of customer service experience Certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) within 90 days of employment

Pay Details
$19.80 an hour (Entry level) - $23.80 an hour (Certified with experience) Post certification eligible for an increase Additional hourly pay for On-call
