📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Healthmark Industries Company is a family-owned company that was founded in 1969. Healthmark employs over 300 people and is a growing company. We strive to provide customers with quality products and support services in a timely and effective manner. Shift: Full Time, 8:30am -5pm WHAT YOU’LL DO:Pick Orders.Confirm orders.Package orders as required for product protection and cost effectiveness.For larger orders determine best shipping method.Ship as per directed on orders (such as FED EX, UPS, or LTL)Place FedEx, UPS, and Express packages on skids in their correct locations.Wrap skids and load trucks as needed.Report all safety issues to the warehouse manager.Maintain clean, safe, and productive environment.All other duties as deemed appropriate to the position.Work in a climate controlled environment
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions and procedures.Basic math skills and proficiency in the use of personal computer programs including WMS, word processing and spreadsheet applications.Ability to pay attention to detail and be self-motivated to find work to better perform the necessary tasks.Must be able to lift 45 lbs. unassisted. (not having any weight restrictions)Able to stand for long periods of time and bend.Able to work in Hot or Cold temps depending on the season.
