Seasonal - Production Assemblers
Hearth & Home Technologies is immediately hiring seasonal members for our seasonal program lasting approximately 5 months. These roles are eligible for a completion bonus of $1,000 at the end of the season.

Located in: Lake City, MNPay: $22.00 per hourShift Differential: $2.00 per hour (2nd Shift) Shift Details: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core Hours)2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Core Hours)4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)OT as needed on FridaysNO WeekendsAnticipated Season: May – September Completion Bonus: $1,000Eligible with successful completion of seasonOn-the-Job training will be provided
Assembler Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembly line & work cell positionsUsing small hand & power toolsOperating small machinesJob rotationTesting and packaging of finished goodsForming of various metals
Our Production Assemblers are responsible for preparing and constructing Hearth & Home Technologies’ industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old to applyLifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to be on feet for extended periods of timeWorking with hands & finger dexterityWearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
