📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Production Personnel Scheduling Coordinator (Labor Coordinator)
Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager
Job Summary: This position will coordinate and administer the production personnel scheduling system.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Schedule production employees according to position and skills for all shifts Monitor attendance line to verify lines are sufficiently crewed Verify attendance worksheets and record accordingly Verify and approve production employee’s time cards and make adjustments as needed Follow AIB’s “Good Quality Standards” and “GMPs” All other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Must be knowledgeable in GMP’s and HACCP Good verbal and written communication skills Must display great attention to detail Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations Ability to multi-task Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule Must understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age Planning/scheduling experience preferred
