Location: Rogers Park
Shift: 1 spot Sunday to Thursday(6:30 am - 3:00pm) & 1 spot Tuesday to Saturday (11:00am - 7:30pm)

Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately prepares, cooks, and presents hot and cold food items. Follows recipes, operates kitchen equipment, and maintains inventory. Ensures safety and sanitation standards are met. Attends required training programs for professional development. Tastes products, reads menus, estimates food requirements, checks production, and keeps records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience in a culinary setting. Obtain state and city food service sanitation certificate within the first 90 days. Driver's License and Clean driving record preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (K/S/A)
Positive attitude and effective communication skills. Ability to follow recipes independently. Basic mathematical skills for portioning and preparation. Problem-solving ability in practical situations.
