Senior Associate, Search

As the Senior Associate, you will support the team to develop, implement and maintain paid search campaigns. The positions will be involved with the development of strategies, planning, and execution of search marketing campaigns in addition to continued intensive data pulls and analysis. A successful candidate will have great attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit and team player, while bringing value to our clients. This role will also present the opportunity to partner closely with an integrated media, creative and marketing science team.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in paid search media at an agency or in-house Exhibit confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data Be a proactive self-starter Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once Capability and desire to effectively manage junior staff members

Responsibilities

Support the Supervisor on day to day client management and requests Oversee entry level staff members effectively managing their training, workload and prioritization as well as offer QA of work produced Ability to work closely with search engine partners to provide clear direction, timing and expectations around campaign execution and reporting needs Capability to streamline communication across key internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to search strategy, reporting, management and execution Demonstrate the capability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently as well as exhibit skills to effectively prioritize workload while keeping manager abreast of progress Exhibit strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, sumifs, etc. needed for consistent reportingGather, compile and analyze large data sets to understand current performance trends and inform future strategic investment opportunities Possess comprehensive understanding of multiple platforms and data sources Demonstrates understanding of and ability to manage forecasting, budgeting and spend pacing Comprehensive understanding of SEM campaign setups within platforms as well as bid management tools (i.e. Kenshoo, SA360, Etc.) Deep understanding of targeting and audience management capabilities as well as SEM best practices and setup process Capability to effectively project manage the implementation of multiple campaigns concurrently Effectively manage, pace and actualize budgets to ensure accuracy of paid search spend

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
