Gas Leak Survey Technicians conduct required safety inspections on designated natural gas systems providing quality service to meet the utility client’s compliance standards.
Our “mobile office” approach to work means that you will never have the same day twice. Our technicians work from a company vehicle to get to the daily assigned map areas. The position requires you to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and use the company provided cell phone and other equipment to complete all work.

Responsibilitites
No Experience Required, PAID Training.
The Gas Leak Survey Technicians purpose is to collect monthly readings from customer meters following Client, State and Federal requirements. These recordings of usage enable our clients to calculate monthly billing statements.
Meter Reader position require continuous walking and working outdoors in varying weather elements. Along with walking, technicians will bend, kneel, and stand frequently throughout the day. Equipment can range in weight from 2-15 pounds, the ability to read and understand utility maps may be required to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions;
Outdoor Experience Preferred.
Must be able to walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds. HS diploma or GED required. MUST pass drug screen, and background check. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. Client Services Experience a plus.
Schedule
Full-time/Day-time positions
Remote mobile office, equipment provided
Must be available to work overtime and some weekends (as needed)
