ResponsibilitiesAssist buyers with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate marketAssist sellers with the arduous details and stressful venture of selling a home. Pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills are crucial (don't worry - we'll teach you how)Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basisGenerate business from your own efforts - including working in your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your communityYour main job is to grow in relationships between your team and clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!Help clients through the home-buying process including budgeting and mortgage optionsSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeCreate documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the saleParticipate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyersEnsure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
