Key responsibilities:Process invoices start to finish within the accounts payable cycle while printing checks and processing payments to ensure vendors are paid timely and accuratelyCommunicate with internal staff and vendors as you research, problem solve, and verify the validity of requests for paymentApply your critical thinking skills as you analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts related to monthly payablesEnjoy a comfortable mix of routine responsibilities while also being involved in additional industry specific monthly tasks allowing you to “switch gears” and enjoy variety in your daily scope of responsibility
