Hemphill is partnering with a long time client who has created and maintained a strong reputation throughout Omaha for many years. Due to continued growth and recent promotions, this company is ready hire a Corporate Accountant to join their team! This company sets the bar for profitability, employee engagement, development opportunities including “Young Professionals Groups”, and a thorough training program and career management plan.
This is an ideal role for an individual who would appreciate having their boss double as their mentor and someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves and master the basics. This position will give you the experience and tools you need to lay a firm foundation in financial accounting which will be the platform your career is built from.
Partner closely with Senior Corporate Accountants and Managers as you jump right into the month-end close process. You will appreciate working with a leadership team who encourages you to think critically while also taking time to offer guidance and answer your questions.Enjoy a mix of structured daily responsibilities such as account reconciliations and recording journal entries while also being involved in special projects such as annual budgeting and forecasting or post-close analysis that will offer you variety and the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise.
