This is an excellent opportunity to learn and become well versed in a variety of accounting, reporting, and analysis-based responsibility, such as:
Financial Statement preparation, validating financial data, and analyzing financial resultsThe month end close process and associated reconciliationsLeveraging technology to improve efficiencies related to reconciliations and budget to actual analysisTrack and perform analysis on fixed assets and leases company widePartner with regional accounting teams to problem solve, develop better processes, and improve the monthly financial consolidation processSpecial projects for the CFO and Corporate Controller, that will allow you to expand your plate of responsibilities over time and continue learning
