📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Irrigation Station, a partner of Heritage LSG is actively seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual that is a team player. This full-time position will be responsible for order entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping product, loading trucks, along with some driving as well. Workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. *Non CDL driving duties.
Essential Duties
Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer systemInteracting with customers over the phone, via email and in personOrder picking/stagingReplenishmentShipping/receivingLoading/unloading delivery vehiclesDelivering product to customers and branch locations - *Non CDL driving duties.An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations.Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge, including keyboard (typing), mouse and Internet useAcceptable driving recordVerifiable driving historyForklift experience helpfulAbility to lift up to 75 lbs on a repetitive basisBilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not requiredAble to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
