Senior Integration Analyst

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced technical product professional on our Implementation and Enablement Team. Hi Marley is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to be a part of our customer facing integration efforts and diligence activities. As a member of the Implementation and Enablement Team, this position plays a central role in providing technical support to our customers in their integration efforts. This positions works closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.

What You’ll Do:Deliver seamless and delightful integration experiences for our customers by providing expert consultation on Hi Marley’s integration functionality.Design scalable and efficient integration solutions that meet business needs of our customers and align with industry best practices.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Hi Marley’s integration suite, supporting Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management teams throughout the entire customer journey ranging from Pre-Sales Solutioning to Post Sale support.Be a key part of the Integration team to support Hi Marley’s Service Orchestration initiatives by tailoring the integration suite to meet the comprehensive workflow needs of Enterprise implementations.Analyze integration requirements and develop integration workflows that map Hi Marley’s APIs and webhooks to meet client requirements.Collaborate closely with client IT developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to implement integration workflows.Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize customer impact.Develop tooling to monitor customer integration implementations.Stay updated on emerging integration technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve integration processes and enhance product offerings.Document integration workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.

Technical proficiency:Experience with REST APIs & WebhooksProven understanding of REST API principles and JSON data structuresProven understanding of API and SSO authentication/authorization (API key/SAML/OAuth)Experience with API tools such as Postman, SwaggerHub, or ReadyAPIFamiliarity with querying data from tools like looker / power BI etc.Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI Specification a plus

What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience with APIs (design, testing, or development) spanning 3-5 years.A natural investigator with troubleshooting/analysis skills and strong technical aptitude. Ability to navigate data and and interpersonal dynamics to uncover solutionsExceptional communication abilities across various mediums, including phone, in-person interactions, and written correspondenceEmpathetic, positive attitude with a passion for customers success and/or experience working with enterprise Customer IT TeamsAbility to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business conceptsComfort in a startup environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (customer-visits, industry conferences when safe to do so)
