This self-motivated and seasoned Senior Producer can drive our campaigns to success. This individual is passionate about original content within the social and digital space and must be a creative thinker, solutions-driven manager and organized to ensure class leading work is delivered on time, every time. Key tasks include project planning (goals, schedule, and scope) and overall management efforts, liaising with our partners and possessing a restless determination to go above and beyond at every opportunity.

Responsibilities:Oversee large projects and client relationship(s) with responsibility for client satisfaction, proper prioritization of all deliverables and ensuring quality of work meets agency creative standards and client objectives.Participation in the strategic development of digital, av and print work with strategy, social and creatives.Candidate should be proficient with project management, communication and programs such as Basecamp.Superior presentation, oral, and written communication skills.Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Promote a culture of innovation and inclusiveness while adhering to agency processAlways be punctual and effectively manage your time while communicating proactivelyWork with agency teams and disciplinary leads to execute projects at the highest level for repeated project success.Possess a keen eye and exhibit great taste for best-in-class digital work.Participate in efforts to further diversify agency staff and create opportunities for underrepresented groupsHelp mentor and educate Producers and Project Managers on the overall production process workflowBe kind and respectful endlesslyTurn up responsibly

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:6-7 years of interactive project management on the Agency side.Experience with various digital and integrated project types and deliverables, including web, mobile, content, OOH, installation, platform, product, av, and printSuperior scheduling skills required.Extensive knowledge of creative / digital production workflows.SOW & Burn Report management (requirements, goals, schedule, and scope).Experience and knowledge of live action shoots, contract and talent negotiations.Knowledge of and/or interest with experiential/stunt projects and installations.Strong understanding of interactive design across web and mobile.Independent thinker, leader and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on timeGreat presentation, oral, and written communication skillsExcellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to effectively articulate creative and technical solutions that will provide measurable resultsDeep understanding of project management, workflow and process infrastructureCan excel in a fast paced and deadline-focused environment that is driven to produce world class resultsCurrently in the possession of an ego-free personality that can work with a highly motivated team to get shit doneA current social media and Google Products userStrong interest in brand and entertainment space is a huge plus

The salary range is based on experience: $95,000k- $110,000k
