📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assess METC’s current SP framework for consistency, permissions, and security.Provide feedback on critical SP issues and opportunities for improvement.Assist existing SP staff with overflow day to day work and spend time on sophisticated issues.SharePoint page design knowledge to upgrade existing SP sites. Ability to show existing staff SP flow and options on their SP sites.Experience with developing and implementing strategies for improving SharePoint search results (i.e., Microsoft Search vs. Search Centers, Custom Search Verticals, Content Type filters, etc.)Experience evaluating complex permissions structures in M365 and offering ideas to improve assignment of administrative permissions by functionSharePoint page design knowledge to upgrade existing SP landing pagesKnowledge of Modern SP implementation and migration strategies.Work with Enterprise Content Management Team to streamline data management processes and procedures.
