Our Story

Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. What You’ll Do

You’ll implement designs for our nearly 150 advisor practices and corporate stakeholders across departments. Projects include, but are not limited to: websites, presentations, stationery, brochures, requests for proposals, social graphics, print/digital ads, email assets, and more. You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in UI/UX design principles and will be responsible for website rebrands and redesigns. You will work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment while organizing multiple projects.

Work on multiple projects and media, using different software programs to visualize and develop graphic designs that meet our goals.Work with the Head of Brand, marketing teams, advisor businesses, and corporate partners. Maintain an internal database of design files.Create a variety of print and digital marketing collateral, maintaining each advisor business’ brand message across all communications and marketing channels. Design graphic elements, including logos, icons, and illustrations.Proposes and executes design improvements for the UI/UX of existing websites.Ensure that all designs are aligned with the related visual guidelines and maintain brand identity.Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to improve skills.
