📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor for a prestigious residential construction company in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-end single-family residential construction and/or single-family condo or coop renovations, with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor - High-End Residential
Responsible for supporting Project Manager and trades.Effectively manage on-site activities from demolition through to final punch list.Help manage staff and subcontractors by evaluating, monitoring and controlling performance.Works with Project Manager to meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.Accomplishes construction project results by managing project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing codes.Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Requirements of the Site Supervisor - High-End Residential
Minimum 5 years of site supervisor experience required3+ years of luxury residential experience requiredMust possess the knowledge and experience to direct construction-related personnel and interact with clients while successfully planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office applications are a plus
