Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Technician, Environmental Storage to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Environmental Storage Areas (ESA) in accordance with Regulatory Commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. Ensures studies are placed on Stability according to cGMP, SOP's, work instructions, and FDA regulations. Applies knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure studies are started correctly and regulatory compliance is maintained. Communicates with customers to assess their needs and timelines. Records studies and communicates with customers via computer systems. Performs daily stability sample pulling, and ensures appropriate laboratories receive sample on testing due dates. Initiates and maintains stability studies through LIMS to support annual requirements. Maintains up to date inventory on all studies using LIMS. Initiates and coordinates destruction and reconciliation of non-class and class samples via LIMS. Communicates data to Legal Archiving. Performs lifecycle maintenance for stability studies using LIMS and SAP. Accepts requests from customers and retrieves samples for laboratory testing. Coordinates shipping to designated laboratories. Retrieves samples from designated areas. Troubleshoot entry errors in Labware, issues in locating samples, or any ordering issues. Helps support the Technician IV in providing training for new employees and new processes within the group.

Ability to completing basic troubleshooting of analytical problems Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain performance standards to support company goals and compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, GLPs, ICH, OSHA and USP Must possess good written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely; knowledge of structure and content of the English language (the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar), the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and through spoken words and sentences, the ability to enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic form Demonstrated teamwork skills - providing information and assistance to supervisors and co-workers in a collaborative manner which encourages trust, mutual respect, and shared purpose among team members Ability to be exact or highly accurate with attention to detail in performing duties Strong planning and organizing skills to ensure commitments and deadlines are met

Proficient experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or PowerPoint required

Minimum: Diploma Degree (science) and no experience and/or Tech or Assoc degree and 2 years of Pharmaceutical Experience and/or Diploma degree and 4 years of Pharmaceutical Experience Preferred: Knowledge of cGMP, FDA/CFR21 regulatory guidance regarding storage chambers and stability studies Previous experience in Laboratory setting
