Kitchen Supervisor - Hilton Denver City Center

Appointed in the heart of Downtown Denver, the Hilton Denver City Center, is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join their Culinary team!

Minutes away from the Colorado Convention Center, this modern and stylish hotel offers 613 rooms, 30,000+ sq. ft. of event space, Prospect’s Urban Kitchen/Bar, and in-room dining.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in Supervisor role in a mid-high volume production kitchen. This is a full-time position that requires weekday and weekend availability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
