Busperson, Statler Lounge - Capital Hilton

The monumental Capital Hilton is seeking a Busperson to join their team at Statler Lounge! This historic hotel is in the heart of the nation’s Capitol, less than a mile from McPherson Square metro station and less than two miles from the National Mall, Georgetown, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous busperson experience, as well as the physical ability to complete all tasks required of the role and a passion for teamwork!

Shift Pattern: Schedule varies but could be 3-11pm or 4pm-12am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repairStock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing areaRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
