The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Pastry Cook/ Baker 1 to join their team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for baking and have experience in a Bakery/Pastry environment.

Shift Pattern: Full Time - AM shifts starting from 4:00am

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook/ Baker 1, your responsibilities would include:

Prepares and bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipesPrepares and bakes all breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and some desserts for restaurants and banquetsMaintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigerationEnsures spoilage and waste are kept to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products
