Creative Director - NY - REMOTE

Position Overview and Responsibilities

As the Creative Director, your role encompasses the oversight and guidance of all visual and creative elements associated with our brand, both in digital and print. This includes:

Strategy and Vision

• Contributing to the development and execution of the overall creative vision and strategy for our brand
• Supervising quarterly brand audits across all assets
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure consistency and integration in creative initiatives

Brand

• Upholding brand guidelines encompassing voice, visual art direction, typography, iconography, and color palettes
• Ensuring all brand communications adhere to established guidelines
• Injecting innovation and freshness into branding through creative ideas and designs that push boundaries

Project Management

• Managing the end-to-end execution of creative projects, including website design, packaging, marketing collateral, social campaigns, and digital ads
• Efficiently overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

Content Strategy and Creation

• Crafting compelling, on-brand content engaging our audience across all platforms
• Supervising the creation of visually striking media, including graphics, images, videos, and other designs
• Driving continuous improvement in content quality through constructive feedback and a culture of innovation and learning

Team Leadership and Management

• Leading and inspiring our creative team
• Providing mentorship and professional development to team members

Application Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead UX-UI Designer or in a similar senior UX-UI Designer
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and expertise in visual design, branding, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
