Position Overview

In this position, your key responsibilities will encompass serving as the e-commerce specialist. You will take charge of developing the e-commerce strategy, overseeing its functions, managing analytics, handling agency relationships, steering the growth trajectory, and delving into additional aspects essential for successful performance in this role.

Responsibilities

Financial Oversight: Take charge of and work towards overseeing a substantial profit and loss statement (P&L), ensuring financial success and profitability.Sales and Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, pinpointing opportunities to boost sales and enhance profitability. Develop plans to optimize fulfillment processes, reducing time-to-fill and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of orders to customers.Customer Engagement Excellence: Effectively manage and deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Supervise the team responsible for monitoring and tracking customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.SEO Management: Establish a trusting relationship with an external vendor, overseeing the procurement and optimization of paid search and social campaigns to meet marketing goals.Supervision of International Remote Team: Offer guidance and supervision to two international remote staff members, ensuring collaborative and productive operations.Procurement Leadership: Lead and manage purchasing positions, making informed decisions to procure inventory that aligns with customer demands and business objectives.Requirements:

Paid Marketing & Customer Acquisition using Google Adwords and Paid Social CampaignsP&L Responsibility: Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, demonstrating your ability to oversee financial performance and ensure profitability.Excel and Power BI Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Power BI to effectively analyze data and generate insights for informed decision-making.Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.Google Analytics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.Buying Expertise: Proven experience in buying, ensuring the procurement of inventory aligns with customer demands and business goals.Outsourced Paid Search Firm Management: Experience in managing an outsourced paid search firm, optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals.
