📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Head of HCP Marketing, Renal | Florida | $180,000-$220,000 base plus bonus Responsibilities
Develop HCP Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals. This includes identifying key messaging, channels, and tactics to effectively reach HCPs.
Create Promotional Materials: Develop compelling promotional materials such as sales aids, brochures, presentations, and digital assets tailored to healthcare professionals. Ensure all materials comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
Execute Marketing Campaigns: Lead the execution of HCP-focused marketing campaigns from conception to implementation. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to drive engagement and ROI.
Build HCP Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and medical associations. Leverage these relationships to gather insights, gain endorsements, and foster brand advocacy.
Educational Initiatives: Collaborate with medical affairs and educational teams to develop educational initiatives for healthcare professionals. This may include organizing webinars, symposiums, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and HCP preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies.
