What You Will Be Doing

Create, enhance, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for addressing business challenges Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions Participate in code review and collaborative programming efforts Develop and deploy Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and models for deriving insights from unstructured textual data Design and train language models for diverse NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text categorization, and semantic comprehension Explore, experiment with, and prototype novel techniques in language modeling and comprehension Apply cutting-edge machine learning methods and strategies to analyze extensive datasets Identify suitable annotated datasets for Supervised Learning applications Assess and compare various machine learning models and frameworks to determine the most effective approach for specific objectives Enhance machine learning pipelines for better performance, scalability, and efficiency Build tools and infrastructure for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model assessment Conduct experiments and statistical analyses to validate model effectiveness Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrate them to enhance existing systems Document code, models, and experiments for reproducibility and knowledge dissemination

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an ML/AI Engineer Demonstrated experience deploying NLP/NLU or computer vision solutions in production environments Proven track record in data science and developing machine learning models with dynamic datasets Practical experience in chatbots and conversational AI applications (e.g., Q&A systems, voice assistants) Proficient in NLP techniques for text representation, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis Familiarity with Image Processing methods Capable of designing AI solutions and software architecture effectively In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering algorithms) Proficiency in Python, Java, or R programming languages Experience with MLOps frameworks and toolsets Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, SparkNLP, etc.) Ability to develop robust and testable code Excellent communication skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks such as Rasa Open Source and Rasa X
