Job Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methodsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needsCollaborate with the recruiting team to match qualified candidates with client requirementsMeet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniquesProvide exceptional customer service to clients and candidatesQualifications:Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong negotiation and closing skillsFamiliarity with the staffing industry is a plusCompensation:Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year ($75,000 - $100,000 OTE year 1) (Top Reps - $250k+)Uncapped commission structureComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans
