Job Title: Chemist
Job Duration: 6 Months
Job Location: Monroeville, PA
Job Description
Safely and efficiently operate equipment to prescribed instructions in ***’s OLED kilo lab to complete various stages of chemical processing.
This will include heating and cooling reactors, operating pumps and vacuum pumps for chemical transfers, distillations, filtrations and drying
Follow batch sheet instructions to produce products
Document operations and results for kilo lab batches
Interface with process development chemists and technicians on a regular basis to advance product development
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree in a science (chemistry, biology, etc) related field required.
3+ years of experience in chemistry/manufacturing laboratory.
Level II: 3+ years. Knowledgeable of chemistry scientific test methods.
