Responsibilities

Job Description

Led and scoped all aspects of production, including identifying production partners, timing, budget, and sourcing of deliverables across various projects and platforms/placements.Sourced and collaborated with creative photographers, illustrators, casting agencies, production agencies, stylists, models, talent, videographers, and copywriters to fulfill project needs.Oversaw all elements of production, from location scouting to casting, model and wardrobe selection, insurance coverage, and adherence to shot lists and schedules within budget constraints.Managed art buying and internal/external content creation, cultivating relationships with emerging and existing artists, agencies, and partners.Initiated, directed, planned, and executed photo and video productions, ensuring concepts aligned with brand guidelines, budgets, and schedules.Served as the production lead on all assigned projects from inception to completion, developing project plans and communications alongside key functional partners.Drove collaboration with project management, including workbacks, budget tracking, and communications, while educating teams about the production process to drive efficiency.Collaborated with cross-functional global and regional teams, including Integrated Brand Creative, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Retail Brand, to execute projects to the highest standards.Stayed informed about trends in the creative and cultural world relevant to the brand's communication.Partnered with the legal team to clear rights and obtain accurate release forms/agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes of practice.Negotiated, prepared, and controlled production budgets while partnering with project managers and budget holders.Led contract negotiations and process improvements, offering insights on opportunities for growth, creative opportunities, and community network connections.Collaborated with creative leads to drive new creative approaches that align brand aesthetics across all platforms.Ensured clear communication of project statuses and took a proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.Uploaded all content to appropriate locations in Box and/or Brand Portal as directed, and partnered with agencies and internal teams to execute brand activations to the highest standard for a cohesive consumer experience.
