📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Join our client's Supply Chain Technology team as a Product Manager for Order Management Systems, focusing on developing strategies and solutions to optimize order management processes. This role will play a crucial part in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction in the order fulfillment process.
Role Summary: Translate business strategy into technology product strategy, owning the product roadmap for Order Management Systems. Develop a deep understanding of order management processes and drive prioritization of product capabilities. Represent the business throughout the technology development process, documenting requirements, and maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. Regularly collaborate with Businesses to identify and define new capability requirements and sequencing based on business value. Develop a complete vision for new or changing features related to Order Management Systems, including performance metrics and evolution plans. Mentor and develop junior product management talent. Work with a significant degree of autonomy.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology. 2+ years of experience in the Order Management domain within the Supply Chain (JDE/D365 experience is preferred). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, using data to solve complex problems. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Information: the client offers two work locations to choose from: the Duluth or Atlanta office.
